Speaking of cockleshells, one of the DeAngelo murders was on Cockleshell Drive in Dana Point.

Usually corner lots are the most valuable real estate in a development. In times when serial rapists and murderers are afoot, such as the Golden State Killer (coined 2016 by the FBI to unite the Vidalia Randacker, the East Area Rapist and the Original Night Stalker, hitherto reckoned separate criminals), are the values of houses on corners depressed?
