Bob Dylan is still huge whichever album you pick

and I think that losing Highway 61 or Blonde on Blonde doesn’t actually change his career trajectory as much as losing The Freewheeling Bob Dylan.
Stevie Wonder seems like on in the the “big loss, but he’s still fine” category. I knew his pre-Talking Book singles better for much of my life, because that’s what they played on the radio station my parents listened to.
