Constant popping and clicking in my ears when I swallow and flex my throat muscles, more tinnitus than usual ect. The hearing in my right ear is noticably worse than my left too. I’m pretty sure it’s a eustachian tube dysfunction of some kind. I use one of those neti pot things to rise out my sinuses and that actually temporarily clears out the popping and clicking but then it comes back again after like 30 minutes. It also makes it harder to hear my own voice through my head which has actually affected the way I talk.
I have an appointment with an ENT, but the appointment is 11 months away, so I just gotta deal with it for now. very annoying!
