From what I hear, it’s pretty common for conservative parties to try and take an axe to the public healthcare system

Literally happening right now in Alberta, where I think they just made it a thing to allow private health care alongside public health care.

I could put myself on the cancellation list and have a chance of getting in sooner, but since my issue isnt supremely critical or whatever I haven’t. My symptoms have also shifted a lot since they started so all that time is letting me gradually test various things of what might be making it worse or better ect. So by the time I get to the appointment I’ll be much more prepared.
