Joel hates “Tell Her About it” because he felt it made sense in the context of the album but on its own he thought it sounded like Tony Orlando and Dawn. I like it just fine.

Did you like the doc as a whole? I wish there was more about his music (the actual compositional craft, Mellencamp and Macca mention it but that’s all) and less home movies of him and Christie. Part 1 was better than Part 2.

Also Garth Brooks maintains his reputation as a banal non-entity with nothing interesting to say about anything.
