Ugly Kid Joe was probably a big deal with pissant 13 year old boys around 1992 or so, who left them the next year for Green Jelly (the band that did that “Three Little Pigs”). The kind of thing that scared terrified Christian parents for like 5 minutes before kids moved on to Mortal Kombat, Snoop Dogg and Beavis & Butthead. I never grow tired of explaining to current generations stories about stuff that terrified parents 30 years ago.
