I didn’t remember it as being all that bad but I haven’t watched it in about 20 years. I had to watch a stage version in that class, too, but can’t remember who staged it or who was in it.
We also got to watch about ten minutes of Chimes At Midnight, albeit on a very, VERY bad VHS tape.
