To be honest I’m not sure how much reputation Love have with the younger generations in general. I never see youthful online ne’re-do-wells talk about them.

Ironically if you consider Nirvana’s best to be In Utero, their rep would probably be fine. If you see their best as Nevermind, they’re suddenly a niche cult band and the landscape of the 90’s looks very different.
