I guess the moral panic is just easier to buy into these days because the world didn’t seem like it was ending in 1993. Andrew Tate really does seem like a sign o’ the times, though. Or a symptom.

As I get older though…I sort of sympathize with the parents who hated Mortal Kombat and DOOM. I mean, it WAS marketing a sick level of blood and gore…to kids. And I can’t really defend that to the kinds of parents who would have gotten mad about it without just sounding like some shitty sleazer.

I don’t remember “rainbow fentanyl,” but I did hear about “skittle parties,” which sound like the stupidest goddamn thing imaginable.
