Not an earth shattering band, but they had one solid album.
Most of the stuff in that list is still relatively popular. Some definite exceptions of course (eg Love is All, No Age, Hercules and Love Affair).
TV on the Radio are definitely NOT some forgotten band - you still hear their music out in the wild all the time.
