Classic rock stations usually play the long versions of songs, not the edits made for top 40 radio. That’s my experience anyway. If they don’t know the album version and their radio station plays the radio edit then they don’t know the “offensive” verse anyway. Unless the MTV version got played on the radio. Did it?

I haven’t read that book, but Huck Finn is already probably the most “challenged” reading assignment that has actual controversy around it and not a bunch of BS that people exaggerate so they can celebrate “Banned Books Week.”
