The original pilot that was cannibalized into the two-parter? Most of it ended up in The Menagerie, but it has a different ending that I kind of hate, where the version of Captain Pike we see with the girl at the end isn’t the real Captain Pike, it’s just virtual reality blow-up doll made by the aliens to keep he company, since she can’t go back to the land of non-deformed people.
