That geometric snake bit in #3 seems ripped off from something similar in Battletoads, which I refused to ever play, but have watched plenty of video clips of (it’s probably cited most often as the most notoriously hard NES game.)

I haven’t heard much about those or played them, but I did play a Kirby game once–the wonderful SNES golf game Kirby’s Dream Course, which I mostly adore to this day.
