It’s just Adrian Belew on a piano singing the song and is nice and pleasant.
What I found funny about this version is that although he performed this aware of the anthology version was in development, the Beatles Anthology version wasn’t release yet and hence he just based this purely on John Lennon’s solo piano demo. This includes the unfinished lyrics of do do do do and hmmm hmm hmm mimicking John Lennon. This results in the crowd who were likely unaware of the song and the unfinished demo laughing at Adrian Belew for possible making a mistake or forgetting the lyrics when he was just copying the original John Lennon demo&list=RDIRmGf8YpumU&start_radio=1
