He put out a bajillion albums in the ’60s and ’70s with a single leading off each side (e.g. “Rhinestone Cowboy” side 1, “Country Boy (You Got Your Feet in LA)” side 2 on the Rhinestone Cowboy album) then five tracks of more or less good filler. That’s par for the course for country albums of that era (see Willie Nelson’s 103 albums or whatever) except for the concept or gospel albums, which have no singles.
