Yeah I remember doing the Move discography listen and the only “album” I like was “Hits & Rarities - Singles A’s & B’s (2023 Compilation)”

Other singles orientated group that come to mind
The Easybeats - While Friday On My Mind is a pretty good album you can probably get by with Extended Play compilation. Their albums outside Friday On My Mind are quite inconsistent.
The Hollies - Greatest Hits 2003 is pretty good
The Small Faces (it irritates me that their best songs are non-album singles bonus tracks)
A lot of Motown such as Temptations, Supremes
I guess you can add 50’s rocker prior to the album era such as Chuck Berry and Jerry Lee Lewis (if anything his country albums are the strongest). Although it may seem unfair as it’s prior to the album era but Buddy Holly, Elvis Presley, Bill Haley and Little Richards have great studio albums.
