Now I’m imagining a hilarious world where it’s the Thin White Duke or Young Americans “plastic soul” Bowie who becomes a big international sensation…of course, wasn’t he emboldened to try crazy stuff like that just because of Ziggy and his subsequent massive massive coke problem? Wait, did he have a massive coke problem before Ziggy too?
