I thought that Kim was always a better character than any of the women on Breaking Bad. But yes, her character arc actually meaningfully progressed through the entire series.

Nacho was a good character, but he was also a good example of the plot threads becoming more frayed rather than weaving more tightly together.

Sorry to be pendantic, but Tuco’s role really isn’t a “cameo.” He’s a significant character in multiple episodes.
