Idk how to really weigh in on this debate in a fair way, cus I would take Speakerboxx/Love Below over any White Stripes album.
I think the White Strikes continued relevance is more cus Jack is still actively putting out solo work and collabing with people, whereas OutKast are effectively retired. Also trends in Rock music move much more slowly than trends in hip-hop.
