I played the game probably something like 27 years ago, and only played it once (probably because my OCD will make me want to have all four characters master every Job…and that’s some really godawful time consuming shit!!!) so I can’t easily remember where it was, but it had some characters looking through, yes, I think bookshelves, and they got to P and then went “Play…Playb…” something like that. But I can’t remember where.

I also experienced a bit of deja vu looking at Joe’s Wizardry stuff when I saw the name Gilgamesh come up, and I think a lot of FF5 fans probably consider the part with Gilgamesh to be the peak of the game (partially because Gilgamesh has a great musical theme to go with his battle.)

God knows if I will ever play FF4 or FF5 again someday. I probably should try it. I’ve got three Sega Genesis games left to play this year but they probably won’t take too terribly long.
