True, but if you have a half-dozen tiny countries you also have a half-dozen governing apparatuses that I’m guessing with the poliyics of the region don’t always play nicely, enormously inefficient. Wouldn’t it be better to have semi-autobomous Serb, Bosniak, Kosovar, and Macedonian regions of a strong central state, to iron out the administrative bloat and develop the region?
