60 year olds playing shoegaze, tell me how that goes (hey, maybe it’ll go fine…and Ride and Slowdive have reunited too…) I didn’t know about this Crims-without-Fripp thingy though.

I only knew two or three of SOAD’s hits and I remember for awhile it looked like they were going to take Rage On Behalf Of The Machine’s place as THE cool protest-y metal band…but just like I only liked two or three RATM songs, I never got into SOAD. Maybe they need a re-review!!! Like so much stuff from between 2000 and 2010 that I brushed off after a couple listens.
