Kevin Spacey is a good one.

Harvey Weinstein for how much he destroyed his success when he was exposed, but was he himself actually loved by the public? People will probably mostly still enjoy Kevin Spacey movies but they’re not going to want to call him a favorite actor anymore. Bill Cosby really achieved the feet of poisoning everything he ever did in a way that’s rare for someone in TV/film. It’s a highly collaborative medium, so people tend to be willing to continue to enjoy the end product even if the creator they once admired turned out to be disappointingly shitty. That really doesn’t work the same way for most people with something like The Cosby Show.

I think you’re underselling how popular Giuliani was after 9/11. All politicians have alot of detractors, but he really could have rested on his laurels and been fondly remembered by most people if he’s never thrown in with Trump.
