it would be their contempt for federalism, unless the left decides to embrace it because the right is now open in their rejection of it.

I meant a federal system as opposed to a unitary one (the classic example is France), not balance of powers which is pretty much dead - Tabernacles E. Townsfolk Today 10:55 AM
