I’ve been hearing classic rock stations play stuff like “Even Flow” and STP’s “Creep” for years, so yeah, grunge pretty much as been classic rock for a long time now. Hell, when I was in high school that early 90s period already seemed like a long time ago (partially because I was conflating the era with shit like MC Hammer and NKOTB and stuff that had dated far worse than grunge.)
Mmmm. Sometimes I’ve heard the term “vintage” movies, but “classic” is far more likely.
