I still think Babylon 5 and Twin Peaks vie for the record, but Michael K Williams (Omar), Robert Chew (Proposition Joe), Reg E. Cathey (Norman Wilson) and Lance Reddick (Cedric Daniels) are the other big ones. Looking up the full answer, there really haven’t been that many deaths from the cast, and most everyone on it is now middle-aged or older.

The curse of the show is that after all these years, it’s still just a large cult/critics’ favorite, rather than ever truly becoming the mainstream hit that its fans wish it had become. It’s almost a miracle to think it was on as recently as 2008!
