Medvedev saying “a number of countries are ready to directly supply Iran with their own nuclear warheads” I don’t think is the same thing as “Russia says they’re now ready to supply Iran with nuclear weapons.” Of course he’s implying Russia (or I guess North Korea) but it’s definitely vague on purpose.
