I’m actually almost done with Dragon Quest 2, right before the final dungeon. I’ve put it off for a week because I haven’t felt well but I’ll try to beat it tomorrow.

I’ve beaten two of the three quests in Avernum 2 and I think the only one left is to kill the enemy general. Or maybe it was to seal the portal. Needless to say I’ve forgotten where I am in an open-world game which is the kiss of death so I’m content with it being uncompleted.

My backlog when I’ve finished DQ2:

FF Tactics
Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey

then probably Avernum 3, and then Cyberpunk 2077. Given my pace of playing video games this will probably occupy the next two years.
