That’s actor Hayden Christensen (Anakin from the George Lucas/Jar-Jar prequel trilogy, turns into Vadar) and actress Natalie Portman (played the character who was the mother of Luke and Leah). It’s a picture of them with Luke and Leah as kids, which didn’t happen in the movies but could have happened if she didn’t die in childbirth and decided to become evil like her husband and they raised the kids together to be bad guys so that they don’t grow up to be the heroes of the classic trilogy.

I can’t find the examples, probably because Woke Google is filtering out conservative results in my image search, but I’ve seen these memes where it was a wholesome picture of a family spending time together with the caption “This is what they stole from us,” like if it weren’t for the libs, life would still be like that, but now kids are all out having gay sex and toppling Confederate statues instead of planting flowers with mom and dad.

The meme is a parody if that. If it weren’t for the rebels/traditional good Jedi, Vadar would have won and happily raised his evil family while he ruled the Empire.
I don’t know if Elon is tweeting the meme because he doesn’t understand the political subtext or because he’s trying to get in good with the libs or something.
