I did play Kid Icarus: Of Myths And Monsters–in, like, 1993. Well before playing the original. I actually recall getting through the whole thing, with that big ugly demon face guy at the end. I have no real way of playing Game Boy games right now though, I never downloaded any emulators or anything. I had a Super Game Boy device back in the 90s which I used to play Wario Land and Donkey Kong ‘94 which were both awesome games.

I really think that playing the original Metroid II would be a pain in the ass. Those black and white graphics and rolling all over bombing floors and stuff seems like it would get pretty tedious. I’ve never heard anyone call it a masterpiece, either.
