They’re not “collecting biometrics on the way out”. They’re taking these people to federal detention centers in Louisiana, people who otherwise were minutes away from leaving the country. They’re arresting them and holding them for months, at a cost of hundreds of thousands of dollars, which gets paid out to huge contracting firms.

You really think ICE agents are hanging out in the jetway of Dulles flights to get finger prints and give a stern lecture to random Africans?
