Perry Bamonte from The Cure, guitarist-keyboardist from Wish (1992) through The Cure (2004), the latter of which I never got around to hearing.

I heard the last Cure album was pretty good, and wasn’t their new guitarist Reeves Gabrels? I wasn’t terribly keen on his work with Bowie, way too much “wwzzaggghhhhhhhhhhh!!!!”-ish string-bending wankery stuff. Sort of like a sillier, showoff-ier Adrian Belew.
