Interesting, didn’t know that about Iommi. Haven’t heard much post-Ozzy sabbath much at all but I am curious enough to check it out. And the album with Ian Gillan. I know only the first 3 are any good and the rest suck. But I would like to binge on them again soon.

Yeah I think We Sold Our Soul was my first album I heard from Sabbath. It had a pretty nice extensive selection and some of the weird choices like Warning and “Am I Going Insane” (weird pop song many fans don’t care for) seeped into my conscious somehow and I still really enjoy those picks as well even if they aren’t the smartest choices as a selection of Black Sabbath for first timers.

Wicked World and Evil Woman are great and I really came around to those recently

I appreciate that they did 13 and I’ll have to give it a listen although I am not crazy about what I’ve heard about the production. Kind of a standard sounding heavy album from the 2010s when it should have been rawer. Regardless I am glad they did a proper album since their reunion with Ozzy and the original lineup, and it would be a shame if they never did.
