I dont think anyone disputes that Mike Love is trying to be funny, but the man has the sense of humour of a dried carrot.
I do agree that so bad its good stuff is more entertaining than boring especially when it comes to a band like the beach boys.

Have you listened to Looking Back With Love or Mike’s other solo albums? I have not bothered to put myself through those, but I’d be curious what you’d think since you seem to be more mike love tolerant than most.
