Dunno. He hated most things that weren’t Genesis, Guided By Voices or Todd Rundgren. He hasn’t updated his Facebook in like three years.

In Prindle’s review of Tales From Topographic Oceans he said that the album’s concept was based on a footnote in Autobiography Of A Yogi, which I thought was bizarre–an album based on a footnote? Derrick got really OCD about it and sneered at me that the book was a bestseller and that it wasn’t weird at all that somebody would do that.

To be fair, I never read the book.
