The nomination of Foreigner proves that literally anyone who has endured on classic rock radio can be nominated.

5 to 7 can get in. I’m guessing most of the repeat nominees get in, and then Mariah Carey and Cher.

I guess they need to appeal to people who want acts that would be more traditionally considered rock. On those grounds:
I would have Oasis getting in, but will they after bashing the organization (has that happened with anyone)?
Lenny Kravitz? I have no idea.
Ozzy seems like a stronger classic rock pick than Frampton or Foreigner. You can trash Ozzy all you want, but at least he has real fans.
