it’s the terrible versions of surfin, some of the other bad covers that drags the album down for me more than summer of love does.
I’ve always liked the title track but the live version is superior to either mix of the studio record as it adds a lot of energy and completely removes all the production issues. that’s my go-to version if i want to hear the song.?si=230LaReUjICJ5KTS
