Many of those are undeserving but probably at least half of those will get into the hall in the next 10 years.

unrelated: My upstairs neighbor is getting mad at me for playing ambient/drone music too loud in the middle of the night. How can she possibly hear it though the floor? It’s friggin’ drones and shit. I’ve gotta drown out my tinnitus somehow. A bit frustrating.
