Stuff I salvaged from an old drive
AC/DC - High Voltage
AC/DC - Let there Be Rock
Somehow I think High Voltage is better
Blackflag - Damaged
This is likely to be my favorite “hardcore punk” record; barely feel the need to hear any others.
Bob Marley & The Wailers - Survival
No lasting impression. Guess it was alright.
Judas Priest - Rocka Rolla (and a bunch of others)
I never really got into their first record. Able to dig it more now, notwithstanding a few awkward “art rock” moments
Link Wray - Guitar Preacher: The Polydor Years
Norah Jones - Come Away with Me
No idea why I have this. Usually outside my wheel house, but feeling the need for another listen
Stones - Aftermath
Still lovin’ it.
Stooges - Raw Power
Yes - Drama
Still finding it weird how either Trevor Horn sounds like Anderson or the band’s harmonizing just approximates it.
- I think Survival is by far the weakest album Marley released in his lifetime. - Joe Yesterday 10:32 PM
