I just rewatched the TNG episode Tapestry, which is widely regarded as one of the all-time great Star Trek episodes, and if actress J.C. Brady’s dates are accurate online, then in that episode she plays a 21 year old when she was really 17. This is notable because it’s an episode where Picard gets to relive pivotal days from his youth, but he still looks like Patrick Stewart to the audience while looking 21 years old to everyone in-story. Which means that 52 year old Patrick Stewart got to make out with a 17 year old.
