Grok is the best chatbot for looking things up, especially product reviews. ChatGPT is an idiot and wants to be your friend. Claude overtly wants to be helpful. Gemini is a ditz. I figure Brand X and Muskie aren’t getting anything from it because I’m not paying, I’m not on Twitter, and there are no advertisements.

I’m against Musk on principle. For a number of reasons no one man or company should have that much wealth. You could say that most of it is in investments, and those stocks and bonds are capitalizing a trillion dollars of Economy™. Well sure, but they’d do that in anybody else’s hands. When one person or company’s mystique has that much sway over that many millions of people’s retirement accounts and personal wealth – see the pie-in-the-sky Tesla and SpaceX valuations – it’s time to take a bit out of him. He’s a major structural risk. The only legitimate reason not to oppose his wealth is a firm ideological conviction that you’re entitled to all you can accumulate, which I assume you hold.

Besides the abstract wealth issue, my biggest issue with Elon Musk is that he’s fundamentally an irritating, obnoxious human being. Even the nerds would want to shove him into lockers and give him swirlies, with his Spongebob face and Kim Jong Un haircut, so insecure about his creds that he has people in Korea level up his video game character, played on a “gaming PC” with an ultra-widescreen high-res monitor with an RTX 4060, as seen in photos… he’s that friend you only tolerate because he has a fake ID. Then he goes away to college on the west coast and parties at the Playboy Mansion and buys a house in LA in his mid 20s. Son of a bitch.
