It has enough fans who saw it as kids when it was new and liked it then.
I saw it twice as a kid and liked it, and then watched parts of it at a teenager and thought it was embarassing, and then watch the end (I don’t remember at what point I tuned in, I think these were not the sequences I saw when I tried watching it in highschool) in college and thought it was at least better than I remembered from the 3rd attempt to watch it.
