Every band seemed to know exactly what songs their fans wanted to hear. Kind of like when I saw Squeeze in Arizona, already on the oldies circuit in 2008. A majority of the songs they played were from their first four albums.

Extreme: We were still standing in (a very long) line when they went on. But I think they opened with Decadent Dance, and they rocked up Get The Funk Out. Of course they played More Than Words (which I also like), but they concentrated on the hard rocking out.

Tesla: By far my favorite band of the bunch. They played Modern Day Cowboy and Hang Tough, among other bangers. Of course they finished off with Love Song and Signs, but it got the audience off. Now, one of my friends said the singer sucked and kept f**king up his lines, but I didn’t notice. Lol.

Motely Crue: Impressed. These old guys in their sixties had to prove something, and they played mostly old songs from when they were a real heavy metal band. Bastard. Ten Seconds to Love. Knock em Dead. Live Wire. I was screaming my head off and singing along to Too Young to Fall in Love. And I was screaming and singing along to Primal Scream (a lesser known single that came out in 1991). A lot of stuff from their first two albums.
Say what you will about Crue and their sloppy legacy. But they have endured through generations. This concert had grand parents, parents, and children dancing along. God gave rock n roll to us. Peace.
