I got the 7th out recently from the library and much preferred it to the dabbling of Mahler symphonies I’ve listened to (too advanced I think for my musical explorations now)
Bruckner seems to be more of a gradual expansion from Beethoven and Brahms, which suits my individual tastes better.
I started to go one the lookout for a box set of his symphonies, which will allow me to explore his symphonic works at my own leisurely pace.
